What is the point of this?

Your GPU is too weak obviously.

So? GPUs are generally more expensive and are easier to upgrade later. Why would I spend even more on a GPU I won't need for years, when I can just upgrade it later for less money and more performance?

>replace your AMD CPU with an Intel CPU
>replace your AMD GPU with an nvidia GPU
gee, I wonder who's behind this website

Apparently the decision I made three years ago was right.

0.02% bottleneck.
This is a 9 year old computer that I plan on replacing next year.

More often than not, I get criticized about my CPU and GPU config. I knew I was right.

Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.30GHz (Clock speed at 100%) with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce 69.48% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck. We recommend you to replace Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.30GHz with Intel Core i7-8700K @ 3.70GHz

34% bottleneck on a Xeon X5650 and GTX 1070. Gonna roll with it until something breaks

30% bottleneck.

i3 8100 and 1660ti.

I really need to upgrade to a i7 8700.

nah my man this site is shit, we only use it for keks
if you want to see if you actually have a bottleneck try running CPU intensive games at both max and lowest settings/resolution and see if there's a difference.

Nice test retards

It's just accounting for windows bloat

It's pretty subtle.

Only hit CPU bottleneck in a few games (going for 1440p144), GPU is almost always the bottleneck (and the few times it's not, I just turn up the settings so it is to avoid microstuttering).

Attached: Untitled.png (956x647, 37K)

What the fuck, I feel great with just 12GB.

I'm still using a 760, fight me.

Your graphic card is too weak for this processor.
Intel Core i5-5200U @ 2.20GHz (Clock speed at 100%) with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce 52.67% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck. We recommend you to replace NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460

Meh, I don't play much games anyway so I don't really need a beefy GPU.

>actually believing this site over realworld benchmarks

It says my 4790k is bottlenecking my 1080ti. I compared my system's benchmark results with a 8700k + 1080ti system and there is less than a 5% difference. As of right now Bottlenecking is rarely a thing, shows up somewhat when pushing past 120hz. Maybe nextgen consoles will make 8core/16thread necessary in the future, but right now this test is full of shit.

I got two-thirds bottleneck with i5-8400 and GTX 1050 ti. It drops to 4 percent when I choose two cards. They recommend me to double my ram(I got 8gb).

;_;

Looks about right. It's not saying your current setup is good for more years to come or whatever, it just means your cpu isn't hindering your gpu or vice versa.

I'm surprised to not see more of this combo in this thread.

Attached: test.png (849x629, 36K)

i guess it doesnt consider the fact that I actually have a quad channel memory configuration

idgaf
skipping current GPU-gen, before upgrading

It has no real reason to, raw memory bandwidth is rarely a concern in gaming. Going from 40GB/s to 80GB/s will provide little to no advantage in 99% of gaming.

Single vs dual channel will be more obvious

K

Attached: Screenshot_2019-05-06-09-13-25.png (720x1280, 143K)

I guess this about right, only having 4 threads definitely bottlenecks me kinda badly in some games but for the most part it's a pretty good match. I just got a 1080p144 monitor though, so I'm waiting for zen 2 and mainstream 7nm GPUs to upgrade.

what a stupid fucking website
I even configured 16GB RAM

Weird test.

Unironically, userbenchmark is a more useful tool than this retarded "calculator".

OC 2500K is pretty much as fast as a stock 6700K by Passmark score, so that's what I've entered, and I'm getting 0.96% with a GTX 970. Realistically it's probably around 2%.

Honestly I'm surprised

Attached: Screenshot from 2019-05-06 08-32-22.png (977x620, 47K)

WTF where are my intel intergrated graphic and DDR2 options? That website is racist.

It gave me 100% for my video card. I have a weak video card with a 32core processor. I'm not a gaymer, I use my PC for work. I have my card because it has 6 outputs, not because it's fast. If I played video games I'd get a cheaper processor with less cores and a better video card. This website is just consumerist bullshit.

what is this absolute bullshit i just read

Hmm.
