Start of the year, everything runs smoothly and can even play some games at the highest on integrated graphics.
Now, runs at shit frame rate. No changes to the hardware, no extra software, process Hacker shows no odd activity. Literally nothing's changed. As a matter of fact, even at the start when I upgraded to win 10 the games ran like shit so it has to be a software issue, likely windows.
