W10 is alright. Backuo your data and do a clean reinstall if you keep having weird issues that you cannot find solutions to.

SharePoint Designer 2010, just uncheck everything but Office Picture Manager when customizing the installation. One of the last good native windows programs ever made,so of course getting a hold of it is obfuscated.
I don't really do that. The only thing that may have caused this is blocking Edge with the Firewall. That's all I can think of.

I can't stand the way irfanview works personally, I guess it's fine for most. I want geeqie for Windows personally. I'm using the ancient fucking slightly inferior gqview instead because I sure can't find a Windows viewer that works quite like they do. I realize irfan is close, but there are some differences I don't care for.
