That shitty Anker mouse actually fucking saved my GPA. When I was taking my operating systems course, I needed to write a billion lines of C a week for shit and ended up blowing up my wrist so it was extrordinarly painful to work. Got a split keyboard and started doing stretches which helped a bit, and then I got this mouse which made it tolerable to work. I used the mouse for about 5 months while my wrist healed and bust it out any time I have a big project to work on.

don't

Nice.

OP's mouse has autism

Biggest issue with this mouse is it doesn't have a place for your pinky to rest so you end up dragging it across the desk.

If you want to use a vertical mouse get the Evoluent.

Yours is a quasi vertical mouse that makes you wrist rest like this \ which puts strain on it when you instead want it to rest like this |

Yours is not ergonomic and is just chinese trying to cash in on the niche market.

Also like mentions it is tiny while this one is nice for even big mitts like mine.
Lastly the scroll wheen is near your index finger where that one is in the center which will require you to relearn to scroll with your middle finger.

This one is a inbetweener from the OP mouse and the Evoluent.

It is slightly curved to the left but not as drastically as the Anker.

Has multiple DPI settings and extra buttons for the thumb.

It also has a balm rest skirt that is removable if you have smaller hands.

Also go with a wired mouse bro.
You are using it on a desktop anyways or you'd be using a touchpad like a normie on your laptop.

No batteries
No disconnecting/errors/drivers
No vulns from MITM
No RF pollution hurting your other bluetooth/wifi devices

A very cheap, simple, three button (two buttons plus scrollwheel) wired mouse.

Even your most expensive goddamn mice are going to break meaning paying more was worthless, enjoy your fucking input lag because wireless is garbage, and enjoy accidentally hitting all the other buttons randomly placed all over your fucking mouse where you fucking hold the goddamn thing.

Delete this.

What about muh forward/back buttons? I find I can't live without them now.

actually pretty neat for people without arms and shit

>writing c
>using a mouse
you're doing it wrong user.
professor should've failed your sorry ass.

I like logitech g600
It has enough buttons for all my macro and shortcut needs
It feels like an actual tool instead of toy like most mice while still being comfortable
The biggest downside is the horrible logitech driver software which is not mandatory, but still has its uses.

Do you literally use all of those buttons?

With age comes wisdom and mastery of vim.

Yes
Mostly when i'm playing games, but having a bunch of shortcuts or a numpad under your thumb is quite awesome

Do you have big hands? I feel like I'd constantly be pressing buttons while moving around.

I have smaller hands than most people i know.
It's hard to accidentally press the side buttons unless you grip the mouse very hard normally.
