There are several such glossaries somewhere on the web. I have not any of them bookmarked, so you'll have to find them yourself. I guess you could start by guessing likely URLs for where such glossaries could be? The web is a vast place, better start now.

Depends on the program. Downloading Windows or Office via torrent is retarded, for instance. Jow Forums is unironically a decent place to learn about software piracy.

I usually drop by fitgirl's website first, then search on 1337x and TPB if he doesn't have a repack out.
If your game is on GOG, steal the official GOG installer. They're all signed and don't require cracks.
Trust known good groups like CODEX over unknown ones and repacks. For whatever it's worth, fitgirl has never tried to install malware on my machine, but I can't speak for others.

Me too. Piratebay had a problem with updating the "browse torrents" section this weekend, but today it runs fine again.

i'm pretty sure the first 4 you listed are private since they track how much you upload. if you don't upload enough they won't let you download anymore torrents

nnmclub and pornolab have a ratio, but they are public, the rutracker and rutor don't force you to seed, you can leech as much as you like, but you need to seed on pornolab and nnmclub

yes, "private" by definition is something that is hidden from the public sight, while both nnmclub and pornolab are accessible by anyone at any time, therefore they are public
