It's not. FL alone as the culprit.
FL is allocating roughly 15GB-20GB on this project. Other generators that are briged into the program are using up another good portion, and as always, modern Win10 processes are taking most of the rest.

No. I know my system is fine, & fuck cracked plugins.. That shit is digital pestilence. A big cluprit of why these projects get so big is mostly based on the plugins I use. I don't ever use stock FL plugins except for the FL Limiter. Everything else is 3rd party. Tons of those 3rd Party programs (Kontakt, Serum, etc) are basically a DAW within a DAW and I love it. Nothing against stock tho
