Same here user, I love programming but all the bs associated to it is getting me mad. The HR, the political correctness, the witch hunts, the memes, the hype cycles, the incompetent managers, etc. I've been in the startup grind since I'm 22 and I'm getting tired of it. I want to retire at 35 to a comfy farm with my wife and just farm and do woodworking. Maybe program some videogames for 486 PCs or some shit like that, and Arduinos to automate my farm.

Nothing. Tech has been stagnant for a decade now.

Hell, even post-sillicon technology is going nowhere. Graphene, CNTs, Quantum, etc. None of that shit is viable in real world use. Companies are just going to keep repackaging the same old decade old technology with new gimmicks.

Neither of these are ever going to happen. "Sex bots" will simply be slightly better blow up dolls and you are never going to replace any of your limbs with artificial body parts. Our bodies reject pretty much everything.
