A LOT of manufacturing has shut down and moved to China in developed countries because it's so much cheaper to produce stuff over there, and not only in terms of labor.
Segregating China from the rest of the developed world won't just be a matter of shifting production to other countries, those countries don't have the capacity to do that manufacturing anymore and it would take time to spin it up again.
Of course, by then Drumpf will be voted out and there'll be reconciliation between China and the rest of the world resulting in efforts to move manufacturing back to other countries being a waste of time, money and resources.
