Thoughts on Tor's new logo?

Based logo, been waiting for it for years at this point.

terrorist pedo/10

It looks like someone was designing a Wi-Fi logo drunk and that's the view from the floor, honestly.

The original logo was the best, I mean really

A cross-section. Very appropriate considering the transparency of all communications on the platform.

what even was the original logo?

an onion, just google it

Ironically more söy than the original onion logo.

It's not new, and it's only the logo of the browser

t. member of ISIS / terrorist group

t. shit for brains

t. stinky afghanistani who fucks goats and his own mother

In her sleep you say?

Why did they change it? What is that logo even supposed to be? The onion just made sense.

it's a more stylized version, still 3/4 of a red onion

gay flatshit

t. shit for brains

wow very onions for the basedboys

I didn't want to make a new thread for this question, but can someone recommend a worthwhile VPN?
I've heard free ones are shitty, intrusive and/or simply don't do anything. Any suggestions are welcome.

privacytools.io/providers/vpn/

Can recommend Express. No logs policy which has been proven when a government tried getting logs from them. Another one to consider although I haven't used it is Mullvad.

this is not technology, now fuck off

Soulless. Guarantee it was designed by some graphic designer bugman basedboy faggot.

Too much web 2.0
Won't stand out.

kek

>I've heard free ones are shitty, intrusive
maybe
>or simply don't do anything
that's not true.
you should only really use vpn if you can't access content in your country. i use protonvpn for that.

soulless

>you should only use vpn if you can't access content in your country
Or if you pirate media. Or if you just don't want your ISP seeing your traffic. VPNs have more than one use-case.

it looks soulless

minimalist bullshit by lazy "designers"

>Or if you pirate media
that's what i was saying.
>Or if you just don't want your ISP seeing your traffic
and you think vpn providers can't see your traffic? they can claim a lot of things.

Is there a bigger joke than modern graphic design?

onions

Of course they can. But it's better to trust a VPN provider which has a no log policy and proof of not keeping logs, instead of your ISP for privacy.

that'd be 50k plus tip

Does it means you're half a target for using Tor?

It looks like jewish candle

i guess it's fine if you trust them more than your isp.

>Can recommend Express. No logs policy which has been proven when a government tried getting logs from them.
only in known public cases.
Nearly all VPN also lie about their jurisdiction. While the VPN company itself might be in some remote place with different laws, often the owner company (that owns the VPN company) is located in US or EU and guess what will happen if NSA comes knocking on their door.

t NSA agent

If there's no logs to be handed over, nothing can happen. I know VPNs lie about their no logs policies though which is why I recommend the one that had some proof to back it up. Either way it's still probably better to trust that over a US or EU based ISP.

Lol based retard
For the newfags: capturing packets != decrypting meaningful data

>projecting
Wipe your mouth, it has foam all over it

Looks identical to 'ol BitTorrent's

who cares

> t. 79 year old doomer

Is "who cares" the new "have sex"?

"have sex" is the new "who cares"

You're glowing.

Looks kinda like a stylised onion...

>someone unironically got paid for this

>identical
You are one blind motherfucker if those are indistinguishable for you.

Looks more like a target than an onion.

too close for my liking

Isn't that an eye?

Needs more glow in the dark.

Tor's just a CIA/NSA honeypot.

Onions browser

gains goblins taking away my onions!

t. actual agency workers

Parece una vitro, está mejor la cebolla

admittedly, actual agents would probably want people to use TOR
the whole point of releasing it to the public is to allow for ordinary user traffic to mask government use traffic

Reminds me of KDE neom

why tf would agencies even want to use internet tho? They probably have much more efficient P2P tech.

the logo they put on their t-shirts is quite cool

I hate this minimalism bullshit trend
