The best DE out there, LxQT is like the little sibling of KDE, less bloated and more clunky, and the rest of GTK DEs are overgrown monstrosities derived from GNOME 2 with features slapped on top of it, but still being the GNOME 2, the DE from 2005, underneath. Simply speaking, GTK DEs can't compete.
