AMD WON

12 core 24 thread 3900X with guaranteed stable 4.4GHz on ALL cores, a 15% IPC increase over Zen+, and half it's TDP, for ~399$. And in July (not October), no less.
Inturd is SLAUGHTERED, MASSACRED. 9xxx line is fully BTFO'd in it's entirety. And that's while they didn't even show 16 core 3950X yet. This is outright SAVAGE.

>no ryzen 5
don’t care

>HURRR THEY WILL ONLY RELEASE 3 SKUS OF THE NEW PARTS DURRRRR
Falseflag a bit harder kike, its funny

>they didn't even show 16 core 3950X yet
What makes you sure that exists? Not shilling here, just curious

Its going to be released. 12core was the obvious teaser.

You have to be a total braindead retard to think that with two full-sized chiplets on the package and introduction of 12 core "cut-downs" they don't have a 16 core inside the company.

4.6* ghz
9900k blasted into space

4.6GHz is Turbo. No one cares about Turbo. Only stable manual All-core frequencies matter. If it has a Turbo of 4.6GHz, it means all-core 4.4GHz in a 24/7/365 mode is 100% guaranteed.

16 core will probably be released when Intel releasing their 12 core.

AMD is basically going to kick Intel in the nuts everytime they stand up.

>new Intel 12 core mainstream
here our 16 core

>new Intel 16 core mainstream
here is our 24 core

Intel has to design a brand new architecture to glue their cores together combined with issues with 10nm, Intel is going to have to spend lots of money to catch up. Investors are going to be pissed that they won't be getting those stock buybacks.

>here is our 24 core

Attached: 1547229116773.jpg (240x241, 22K)

Is this loss?

???

9920X is a 12core.

Don't you mean when Intel releases their 16/18core?

Attached: bqXcLfeaJZFFA5cW.jpg (1269x673, 76K)

Most likely will be announced at gaymingcon aka E3

Ryzen 5 3600/3600X already show up on AMD's page.

>16-cores
(lol

I reckon it will do 4.6Ghz or higher locked on all cores. It will just require more power and cooling (probably hit 200+ watts). AMD usually hits a wall though so I don't expect 5Ghz. At least not on the lower binned chips.

It pisses me off how they stagger releases. There's obviously not much point buying zen1 threadrippers now but they refuse to sell 16 core zen2 and don't release the thread ripper versions at the same time.

who the fuck ever thought it was gonna be october?

SOON

There will be no stopping Dr Lisa Su from shitting all over intel.

Introducing the 144/288 Processor clocked at 4GHz

1536MB of cache, FUCK RAM

Attached: 357i.jpg (240x241, 23K)

No it won't
Intel is far bigger than AMD.
Intel's mobileye their collission avoidance center for cars, by itself, is bigger than all of AMD
They can stop making CPUs all together, server and desktop and they're still bigger.
Their desktop CPUs are a leak from their pyramid of other shit they do, it's a byproduct. They'll be doing server shit first and maybe it'll be good for desktop.

No, the next step will be making I/O 7nm.

Intel has abandoned the desktop space, especially the DIY space.

They are refocusing on making GPUs instead for that deep learning shekels.

yep
but more-so for the mobileye sector. The GPU deep learning for collision avoidance is possibly the biggest industry for technology that'll exist in the future, and they have a massive head start.
Everyone will eventually have self driving vehicles.
And they can charge an arm & a leg for that tech, even if it costs $50, they'll charge $5000+ and they own the monopoly

why not just go ham on 14mn I/O and stick chiplets all over it first?

Then maybe, have an I/O down to 7nm and have 1 per 4 Chiplets or something?

This shit should be scalable now

amd.com/en/products/specifications/processors/11781,11756,11761,11766,11771

>They are refocusing on making GPUs instead for that deep learning shekels.
That's pretty retarded because that's nvidia's bread and butter.

>no 16c
No upgrade Lisa.
16c on AM4 or bust and I'll keep my 1700.

It's that easy Lisa, give us the 16d.

still lower benchmarks than a 2500k

The head Kike is killing them off.

There must be something better for them or they wouldn't be doing it.

Bruh

The chip you're talking about is actually $499. Hopefully the price will fall quickly, as was the case with the 1800x.

This shit is gold

Would laugh if the 9700k was running at 5GHz in that test,

In reality, I'm guessing they are both running in stock

loss? FOSS? what?

They already confirmed that they wont go 7nm for I/O for cost reasons, they are going to go to a cheaper node like 10-8nm.

Nobody has anything on TensorFlow as far as the deep learning meme goes. That's why nvidia can get away with charging out of the ass for their higher end GPUs.

ok great faggots amd won. Now we need to hope intel can answer so we can see amds 16c/32t 32c/64 parts

It's already confirmed that Zen3 will have 7nm I/O as GF are effectively imploding, the Saudis are selling them piecemeal - the 14nm Fabs in Fishkill, NY that made Zen1 and the I/O die no longer belong to GF...

That's the only reason though. If GF was going to be around in 2 years, AMD would still be using 14LPP for the I/O die.
But they won't. So they can't.

>all over it
You can clearly fit only up to 3. To do more, you have to decrease size of I/O.

the post above that is better

Or increase the size of the base altogether.

Then with threadripper, make it bigger too.

>The 3700X has two more cores than my 2600X for 30W less TDP
It's like Christmas come early and I got everything I wanted. Thanks Mommy.

>hurr just create a new socket again
they're not intel

I'm guessing AM5 and TR5 or whatever they'll call them will have bigger CPU bases again.

Why stop when you can shrink the cores and I/O.

Just fill the bloody CPU base up with 100's of these little suckers and we can all own a supercomputer processor in our own houses for $500

>Or increase the size of the base altogether.
You have to comply to AM4's socket size until Zen 3 at the very least, so no, it won't happen like that anytime soon.

Damn, Jim and jis source were wayyyyy off the mark here. Why is anyone at all speaking of vindication?

The socket is the same. A 9900K can run on a z170 board with very minor modifications.

>Why is anyone at all speaking of vindication?
memes

Jim's source also was bullshitting him about Navi being a GCN refresh but to be fair that took everyone by surprise.

But on the cpu side? he really needs to tone it down or find better sources.

>he really needs to tone it down or find better sources.
that dude is probably the biggest AMD share seller ever, he's doing a fine job.

The cpu core chiplets have 8 cores each. The 12 core already has the performance crown so they are doing a staggered release to keep the hype train rolling. Marketing 101.
They are rapidly bleeding server CPU market share to mate.
Are you retarded? His predictions on architecture and performance were EXACTLY right. What Jim didn't get right is pricing and binding. AMD are could CLEARLY do better but they are going for profit margins because they already ground Intel into the dirt with SALVAGED DEFECTIVE 6 CORE DIES.

Attached: 1471396486391.png (578x691, 182K)

>They are rapidly bleeding server CPU market share to mate.
too*
and they're bleeding that faster than desktop market share, what about it?

>4.4ghz
Trash

Attached: CABA3618FFD74614A31EE0FF01352387.jpg (300x168, 9K)

What is ipc?

10%
So 14nm intel teir
So trash at 4.4ghz

Yes, Inturd is trash indeed:

Attached: INTURDBTFODED.png (391x117, 360K)

>15% IPC increase
no you fucking retard.
ryzen 2 has 15% Increase in multi threading compared to ryzen+
that's not IPC

>new cpu beats old cpu
Yawn.

>all these synthetic benchmarks.
Looks like AMD lost again

Nice backpedaling and goalposting, Intbecile. Here, have some more up your ass with no lube whatsoever:

Attached: Inturd eternally BTFO'd.png (504x628, 928K)

did you even watch the presentation?
> pic related

Attached: kek.png (2392x1342, 3.49M)

That will cost $499, not $399.

It's all the same fucking old story though. AMD wins at synthetic benchmarks, but drags behind in actual games.

Attached: 1558929062636.jpg (2053x1025, 137K)

it's marketing bullshit.
it's 15% in multi threading, mainly due to increased cache.
IPC in synthetic benchmarks is a meme bro

>EXACTLY right
he literally started the 5ghz rumor, going so far as to call other people retarded when they called him out, he's literally never been right about anything ever

IPC DOESN'T MATTER!

ALL THIS COPE AND INCEL TEARS MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM TASTES GOOD MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM DELICIOUS JEW TEARS

Attached: rip in piss intel.jpg (998x485, 45K)

read this if you still don't understand, kill yourself

>+1% vs stock
Sad they brag about this

Attached: image07.gif (230x230, 1.62M)

>drags behind in actual games

Attached: 1551945858457.png (1338x1181, 69K)

2990 is actually gimped and i feel bad if you got memed into the other priced gimped server cpu

It beats zen+ in single core performance by 15%, and matches 5GHz Intel firehouses at 4.5Ghz, how do you explain that genius?

at literally half the price
i love all these seething kikes on the board right now

Attached: incels btfo.jpg (588x823, 117K)

Intel stock boost at 5ghz, still loses
how sad

I own a Ryzen 2600 and I think the same thing.
Fucking brainlet.

The 5ghz boost and 16 CPUs certainly exist in AMD's validation labs. They exist. AMD is sandbagging so they can milk margins and leapfrog Intel again when they release comet lake.

Attached: 1468974476103.jpg (600x600, 40K)

stop being retarded

You aren't clocking up to 5.6GHz with liquid nitrogen setup,

Talk about AMD being shit

> 9700K
> up to 4.9GHz boost stock
> getting BTFO by a 4.4GHz part in single thread
> assraped in multi
> 65W vs 95W
Looks great to me...

>7nm edges out 14nm+++
How this this somehow more underwelming than the first 2 ryzen launches?

>moving the goal posts
whatever ya dumb nigger

3700x is an over price piece of tash lol wait for when its 150 bucks in a year and a half

Because Intel won't be able to go smaller than 14nm+++++++++ for years to come.

>4.2 Ghz at 1.45V
>$200 memory

AMDrones ladies and gentlemen

>amds own shill benches
>+1%
>looks great to me
Lol i am not impressed

the absolute COPE on this board is fucking incredible right now lmao

Attached: ayyyyyyymd.jpg (5000x2222, 496K)

maybe not having all those vulnerabilities + a vulnerability that makes you turn off HT

I literally said he was wrong on marketing you crayon eater. Binning and release rollout is MARKETING.

Attached: 1481915065259.jpg (932x576, 52K)

> 7nm destroys Intel at single thread and multi thread performance at half the price
fixed that for you

More performance for half the price

>not impressed

No one cares its not a sever cpu

>what is minimal JEDEC RAM spec
>what is the fact 2600 is 50$ cheaper

>QUICK MOVE THESE FUCKING GOAL POSTS SO I CAN DEFEND AN E CELEB
i bet your tax writeoffs look like a patreon advertisement lmfao absolutely seething

>cinebench20 was built specifically for Intel CPUs using AVX so Intel cpus could get better score
>still loses to new AMD's 7nm
>shill
pick one

Aaaahhh which one I should get 3700x 3800x or what???

You do realize that this vulnerability can be used to steal your personal information with a couple of lines of undetectable javascript in your web browser right?

>tsmc makes 7nm chips and amd someone makes then run within margin of a 14nm intel cpu + price hike
Cant wait to laugh at you cucks who buy in like those who paid 300 for a 1700 just to get fucked down the road.
