You get both no bezel and no notch, and the only price is whatever the extra cost for the mechanism is which is probably not more than like $30 (probably less for the flagship killer tier stuff like K20). Since actually removing the front camera is something mainstream phones will never do, this means that your only option there is to buy super low volume hobby projects (think Librem tier, and yet even Librem has a camera) whose cost is inflated vastly more than a meaguer $30 due to a complete absense of economy of scale.

the only remorse I have is not putting a screen protector on my current phone because now it has a few scratches on it. If I had spent $2 on a screen protector the display would still be scratch-free.

My G4 Play has probably some shittier scratchproof display and in the last 2 years it got maybe 10 micro scratches, which you only see, if you really look for them. Without case or display foil. Dont know why you would like to get a worse haptic experience for no reason.
bought a flip case back when I was buying my Galaxy Note 3, realized it was a meme and only used it for like a week in total naked is better, you'll want to replace your phone by the time it has serious wear on it anyway

Reports on the ZF6's camera have been surprisingly positive so far. The only flaw of the phone so far really seems to just be the screen but even that is viewed as a positive by some.

Depends on your country. Mine (Chile) needs to pay taxes for every product that exceeds the 30usd margin. They hold it, then they send you an email asking you for references about the product (basically a screenshot of the AliExpress product details and transaction), and a screenshot showing the movement in your bank account that matches the product/dates of the purchase. Then, they calculate the real tax (which it's basically 25%-30% of the total) and send the product to my local custom office. Then I have to pay the tax to being able to get my item.
