It's good by 2009 standards. It needs to have high dpi scaling to be good in this decade.
More like guh-nome for something that looks nice, is highly customizable, and has tons of great programs like Nautilus and System Monitor. All the other DEs are ass ugly, especially KDE with its gigantic fucking clock in the bottom right corner.

If it looks like that by default, it's not worth my time. What's the point of a DE if I'll have to manually fix all the shitty design decisions myself anyway.
