BASED CHINKS DOX THOTS

twitter.com/yiqinfu/status/1133215940936650754

>A Germany-based Chinese programmer said he and some friends have identified 100k porn actresses from around the world, cross-referencing faces in porn videos with social media profile pictures. The goal is to help others check whether their girlfriends ever acted in those films.

>The side project took them half a year. 100+ terabytes of video data from 1024, 91, sex8, PornHub, and xvideos were compared against profile pictures from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Weibo, and others.

>Of the 1,000 or so comments, most express excitement about the service. The most up-voted comment asks if the OP plans on identifying the men in porn videos. "A true blessing for us credulous programmers. When can we use it?" another read.

>The OP said for legal reasons, he may have to "anonymize the data" before letting people query the database. He also said he's open to the idea of doing a version for male porn stars.

>

The OP was asked whether he knew what sort of legal jeopardy he could be in. He said everything he did was legal because 1) he hasn't shared any data, 2) he hasn't opened up the database to outside queries, and 3) sex work is legal in Germany, where he's based.

this is fucking useless without any usable website so I can send in my family and female coworkers

previous discussion tl;dr fucking astroturfers pretending like privacy isn't a good thing

That as nothing to do with privacy but it is right to be forgotten.

The unique answer is don't date thots and only date respectful people. Then again, some people don't give a shit about what their gf and bf did in the past and it's their own business.

If you star in a pornographic video meant for public consumption, there is no “right to privacy” in this scenario. It’s like when people get angry that someone is recording them while they walk down the street, not knowing they are 100% wrong since they can be recorded in a public place.

Man consider the gender ratio in China due to one child policy can Chinese men really afford to be selective?

The elephant in the room and the big money is about being able to find pornstars that ressemble girls we fantasize about in real life ( and whose face pictures we have access to)

Not true in Europe because of GDPR

What I'm hearing, is people will not be able to successfully find out if their Ex uploaded revenge porn of them super easily using this tool. That's actually pretty cool. It'll give women a lot of power to find and suppress that kind of shit.

This is a good way to spin it, too.

>The unique answer is don't date thots and only date respectful people. Then again, some people don't give a shit about what their gf and bf did in the past and it's their own business.

You sound like a cuck. Most women are whores even if they are not dumb enough to record it or act like stereotypical whores.

If most women are whores, then fuck most women, user, and stop acting like a sniveling little bitch, lmao

Yes, because their women are much less slutty in general and far less likely to have done porn. Also, most of their women are stuck up cunts who won’t date anyone below a certain income level, so that evens out the gender ratio in the dating pool for men who aren’t poor. Poor men in China are SOL though.

have sex

Definitely a good way to spin it. If they market this shit as something that benefits men because they can check their girlfriend’s past, women will collectively screech and it will never fly. If it’s marketed as an empowerment tool for women it will be widely supported and men can still quietly use it for the intended purpose.

You can record people passing by, but if you focus on someone, and follow them against their will with the camera its illegal.

>”Have sex looser hahahahaha”
Having sex does nothing to change your opinion of women, if anything it lowers it because you spend more time with them and have to listen to them talk about all the blowjobs and sex they gave out in college

that doesn’t even make sense. GDPR prevents you from looking at public data? So if you whore yourself out on social media (which is literally meant for public consumption), people aren’t allowed to use that? I’m calling bullshit, once pictures are uploaded to facebook you no longer own them, facebook does. I’ll guarantee all other sites do the same thing.

>That as nothing to do with privacy but it is right to be forgotten.
the right to be forgotten only exists because of data protection laws, it has everything to do with privacy

>If you star in a pornographic video meant for public consumption, there is no “right to privacy” in this scenario.
said it in the last thread and I'll say it here: the issue isn't that people star in pornos that are available online or that if you've seen the porno and know the person then you know they've starred in a porno, the issue is the crawling of social media profiles and aggregating data creating a link between otherwise unrelated data
if your username/alias and email address are publicly available online as they often are, and your username and real name/personal address were leaked to a website (because much of the porn available online is amateur and is uploaded without permission or consent/knowledge), and a third party aggregated that data and allowed you to look up online aliases and gave you real names/addresses in return, you'd have every right to be outraged and would expect to have that information removed if you live in a sane country
>b-but if you [or somebody else, in many cases] puts it online you shouldn't expect privacy
yes yes very good it sucks for these thots that star in porn, I'm not defending them, but nobody gives a shit about your brittle idealist ancap world and laws are starting to catch up to reality

all this shit that will come from this will be nice.

>that doesn’t even make sense. GDPR prevents you from looking at public data?
gdpr prevents you from using personal data you do not have permission to use, so yes, it prevents you from doing this

no it's not. it's perfectly legal to follow anyone with the camera in public space.

this is not true in a few countries and many more have limitations on what you can do with that photo/recording

The thotpurge has begun! Pure waifus are coming back, guise!

...Just kidding.

What? GDPR is about you having right to see what data is being stored of yours. it's about you knowing how data is used, it's about the right of being forgotten.
This is also all PUBLIC data. nothing here is private.

No actually it is true. As that other user said if your focus is on the houses or the landscape and they walk through it, you can film them and load it up into the internet or show it one TV. I am working for a small local one and we must play by the rules.

have sex

I will not argue that, but at least every country that doesn't distinguish between people and CCTV it's fully legal to follow and film people. Otherwise IRL streaming would've been illegal.

>What? GDPR is about you having right to [...]
the gdpr is also about the rights data processors have and what they can do with data that contains personal data
>This is also all PUBLIC data. nothing here is private.
the gdpr doesn't give a shit nor make a distinction between public/private data, it stipulates about what you can do with personal data, real names and identities are personal data

>the issue is the crawling of social media profiles and aggregating data creating a link between otherwise unrelated data
If both sets of information is public, there is zero issue. This is literally what analytics and marketing firms do. The only reason why this is so controversial is because the researchers made a news article about it. Advertisement firms like Google try to predict literally everything you do and think, which is fine with the masses. If the chinks have kept quiet, no one would even have a problem with it. The best thing they could do if they come to the US is make a corporation centerrd around this technology. Then, like equifax, they could fuck over as many people as possible and get away with it (and laughing in your face at the same time).

>because much of the porn available online is amateur and is uploaded without permission or consent/knowledge
Yes, this is a much harder issue to tackle.

>but nobody gives a shit about your brittle idealist ancap world and laws are starting to catch up to reality
funny, I could redirect this same statement back to you.

No, fuck thots

virgin, who haven't ever associated with any female detected

not completely true. There are laws that allow to be filmed on events if you are just part of the scene and the camera doesn't explicitly focus just on you. For this there are laws to that circumvent this, for example in sportstadiums, where any camera can zoom in on you and show you live on tv for a set amount of time because then you are a reference point for showing how people watch the footballgame or whatever.

Butthurt roastie

so if this is possible, how long till we get more of services around this idea?
also, how do i find out at all when something like this pops up?

Couldn't find this specific things in GDPR, it doesn't say anything about using public data in conjunction with other public data and making a data base of said data.

They're out there, i found mine, never give up hope, it's all we have sometimes

>As that other user said if your focus is on the houses or the landscape and they walk through it, you can film them and load it up into the internet or show it one TV.
this isn't true in brazil, mexico, spain, switzerland, and maybe a few others depending on a few factors
commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Country_specific_consent_requirements

>it's fully legal to follow and film people.
it's usually universally legal to film people unless they have an expectation to privacy of course (e.g., they're in a changing room or toilet), the conditions are on publishing those photos/videos which includes posting it to the internet
>Otherwise IRL streaming would've been illegal.
it's usually illegal anyway since the streamers should be getting permission from private property/businesses that they film from

have gay sex then

Sorry, I was speaking for germany.
Check out your link for this. Seems to proof my point. Of course other places in the world may handle that different. Sorry that I didn't clarify that.

This whole think is about public space and not about distribution or publication, just act of filming.

>analyzing mygf.jpg
>about 22,000,000 results (0.66 seconds)

wouldn't this enable searching for look-alikes?

Can't wait for the inevitable roastie backlash, and the inevitable realisation that this is entirely legal.
All of the data that this tool collects is public information.
GDPR protects customer information and private data, just like how YouTube videos aren't protected under GDPR neither are pornographic videos.
No it doesn't. Video uploaded by the actor/actress does not classify as personal data since it is distributed on a public platform
Maybe

Lmao

>If both sets of information is public, there is zero issue.
not under the gdpr, but I realise that the comment I was replying to wasn't talking about whether it's legal under the gdpr
ethically there's a ton of issues with doing this as you've just outlined with analytics/marketing/google/equifax so I won't bore you with those arguments
>This is literally what analytics and marketing firms do.
analytics/marketing firms generally do not make their findings publicly available though
>funny, I could redirect this same statement back to you.
it's idealistic to expect this to never happen, it's realistic to expect that companies can be compelled to remove it from the internet just like google/facebook have been compelled to comply with european data protection laws for a very long time now

I'm farming (You)'s at the minute so give me a second to get back to you

sorry I do realise that what you said will be legal in many countries, I was just pointing out the cases where it may not be legal

>All of the data that this tool collects is public information.
gdpr doesn't care, but if you're american this doesn't apply so carry on
>No it doesn't. Video uploaded by the actor/actress does not classify as personal data
the names/profile pages/real identities that this service would associate with that actor/actress *is* personal data though and you absolutely need informed consent before making that publicly available (again under the gdpr, if american carry on)

article 4 defines personal data
>‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name
article 6 lays out lawfulness of processing personal data
>Processing shall be lawful only if and to the extent that at least one of the following applies
>the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes
you can't process personal names or other personal data unless you have consent to process them for that specific purpose, it should go without saying but these thots haven't given you permission to process their names with their pseudonymous porn identities

there are conditions where you don't need consent (e.g., in the public interest, it would be funny trying to argue in court that this is for the public interest) but none of them are really applicable here
it doesn't matter that the information is publicly accessible because if it relates to a data subject you need a lawful reason to control or process that data

Sucks for the eurocucks then. Not like they'd have anything against their wifes and daughters slurping Muhammed's seed tho.

you'll likely still have to comply unless you use exclusively american hosting providers and don't care about being delisted from google/bing/etc

>use exclusively american hosting providers and don't care about being delisted from google/bing/etc

Don't think thats a big problem. If people want to patrol thos they'll patrol thots.

Now do one with chicks that got abortions. I ain't plowing no haunted pussy.

quite, there's worse shit on the internet than some thot smackdown

I find hilarious how Makeapp made a bigger scandal than this.

If you release a movie in public, like porn, you must be well aware of what kind of repercussions it can have.
And getting identified is one of them.
If people can't deal with the social stigma, then simply don't do porn

it is based on old europe culture

Ok, this one got me kek

What's the deal with this harassment of "thots"? Do incels not like seeing tits for free on the internet? Or is this some sort of spazzy lashing out at any women they can, because they're mad they can only see but not touch?

We've already had this with the "thot audit" last year.

Dilate

it wouldn't be entertaining at all if it weren't for the thot's hypocrisy. they're always holding themselves up as proud champions of women's lib.
-- i'm a proud sex worker
-- i'm not ashamed of my body
-- i'm a businesswoman
but then they lose their shit the second someone treats them as such. suddenly acknowledging their trade is "slut shaming" and asking them to pay taxes is "misogyny." they bring it upon themselves. cats will stop playing with a mouse when it stops squirming. thots need to stop spazzing out and they'll be left alone.

I believe some chine got as programmer in germany and found a lot german men maybe doubles about past the new european of east GF.

Czech,Ukrania,Russian,Estonia maybe get 1:5000 to 1:100 women in webcams, erotics photos or porn videos.

American women in california maybe get same ratio but making Blacked porn.

Thinking about a lot webgirls made few videos and get out, but internet mostly had records about it.

i honestly i don't care about this, but i hate women and i want them to suffer, so props to the chinks

Attached: Shinzo-sama-bullying-hikkis.png (1546x1132, 973K)

>but then they lose their shit the second someone treats them as such
But how is naming and shaming them "treating them as such"? I don't think anyone IRL wastes anytime to dox "clASSi tittybang" from the rough side of town.

Naming and shaming is exactly how people of every culture treat sluts since the dawn of time.

>Sluts
So it's a power thing, right?

Its a naming and shaming thing.

more like the hopeless ones want to spread their misfortune.

>But how is naming and shaming them "treating them as such"?
they're only naming them, the fact you think it's also shaming them is my point exactly. you can't say, "i'm proud of my work and not ashamed of my body," and then turn around and call it shaming when somebody notes you're a sex worker. that's like a lawyer getting pissed because somebody put his face in the phonebook under "Legal Counsel"

I'd rather see anime tits than disgusting 3dpd whore attention seeking tits.

It's society that shames them and you know it, no one is going to be disowned for being exposed as working as a lawyer.

This is a power thing, because it's potentially the power to ruin lives because some women want to have fun with their bodies or whatever. Something that makes incels feel powerless.

THOTS BTFO

Second part meant to reply to

Have sex.

>Pronhub

Have sex

>ruin life
Thots already did that themselves
>power
Thots also give that to the incels because they can't stand up for what they did like they claim.

Obviously they should be shamed and controlled. Women shouldn't get all the power when it comes to sex. They can't just fuck whoever they want and then live consequence-free. They must pick a man and fuck him and only him until the day they die. Anything that deviates from that is morally reprehensible. Thots need to be stoned to death.

Thots need to suffer. Women who slutshame thots are invaluable for our society.

A lot women in erotics, glamour video/photos hopes become models or meet rich guy (yes is stupid but poor hot girls believe it) but mostly all fails some search function will scratch women get it as models or marriage rich guy.

Other women will shame it as slut.

Have sex, and dilate, incels.

repeat that in english
