god damn i hated having to work on machines like that. where it would take 5 minutes for the fucking start menu to open because the hard drive was gagging to death on either malware or the shitty antivirus itself running in the background. even then a nuke and reinstall would make it run like shit. and our clients were too stupid to learn how to use linux, some of them could barely turn a fucking laptop on to begin with
