What's the best way to track down someone's current address? Lookup sites all have old addresses.
I have:

Get a PI, they have access to paid databases better than free online shit.
Phone books are a thing of the past, but check and see if you can find any lying around. Some have addresses, that could help. If not, see if you can find their family members' Facebook. People are retarded and post their whereabouts for anyone to see. You may get lucky.

The guy switched his address pretty recently. Recently enough that there was still mail being delivered to his old place that I definitely didn't take any of. I doubt any phone book has his address.

Area with most photo is their town or neighborhood.
There you can find car.
No idea if he even has a girl friend. No known social media accounts belonging to him are connected to his family's accounts. His sister has three accounts and so does his dad for some reason. His mother has just one account same as his brother.

Any of you know the level of trace-ability of textnow numbers? I already tried calling the power company under a pseudonym but they told me they couldn't provide info because of privacy laws. I've got an idea on how to get around that, but it's risky and would depend on textnow to be secure in the event that things go sideways.
