Help Me Getting 1 star reviewed by competetor

I am the IT guy for a mostly offline company. We currently had 5 5 star reviews in a span of a few years dont really ask for them, But now someone is trying to ruin our business they have left 3 1 star reviews in the span of an hour
What do i do

Incidentially the reason for them doing this
Was because i critized their online practive using our company tags in their products
To relate to our company even though. They have nothing to do with it.
So i kindly asked them to stop that practice and they got mad

publicly respond the the poor reviews on the same venue they are posted and openly attempt to address/resolve the issues, to let potential clients know you take your business seriously and will try to make things right.

google reviews i dont think they have touched us on facebook yet

I hope you realize that if you link your product/company here, you will not get anything but 1 star reviews.

just link your shitty app and I will blast 100 1 stars in 1 min. Just because you didn't do it the first time around. There is no going back from this.

You cant stop anybody from making reviews hence why reviews shouldnt be credible but everyone listens to them anyway

I know a trick to hack the play store. you can change 1 star reviews to anything, even 6 stars to actually bump up the average. ill pm u the secret
