I have an Alcatel Tru 5065n stuck in a bootloop. The alcatel logo shows up for like five seconds before it goes black and starts over. I can't access recovery mode. There's no hard reset button on the phone. I've tried letting the battery run out, I've tried charging it to full, nothing works.

What am I supposed to do here

What can I do? Should I go for a custom ROM or drop Moto completely?
I can't even hang up on calls now. I have to hold in the Power button for +10 s to leave the call (shut off the phone).
