Given the rapid development of machine learning what are the chances of the field of illumination and concept art being automated? What jobs will still exist?
How are there more single men if there are more women?
Does that mean women are saying they're in a relationship even if they aren't? And men say they're single even if they aren't?

It's singles 20-34, in that age bracket there are more males than females. Another area to look at is women 'dating up' in terms of status, particularly with older men. Although destigmatisation has lead to more older women having relationships with younger men, afaik there's still far more women dating men in older age brackets than men dating women in older age brackets.
Look on the bright side: Your chances of breeding now are far better than they were a century ago or more. The ratio of unique male breeders to unique female breeders has been approaching 1:1 over the course of history. If you care about breeding and not intimacy that is.

Don't worry, while technically impressive, these things won't resemble or replace human-made content any time soon.
They might be used as a pre-made canvas instead of a white canvas, though, which can help even you I guess.
They can't automate you out, man. You'll just have a much more streamlined workflow, meaning your productivity will be greatly expedited, but your income per piece will be much smaller. You've also got to consider the fact that those are composites drawn from real world images, alien architecture, materials, and worlds will still be in the hands of the artist. But congrats on your development and improvement, it's really inspiring.

Is that a global average or where are you getting that? It doesn't really make sense, the male termination rate en utero is higher than female rates due to increased fetal abnormalities. Men are (at least) culturally predisposed to the pursuit of dangerous activities as well. We're talking sporting injuries up to fatality, higher suicide rate, increased vehicular accident rate, workplace accidents and fatalities, increased incidence of drug abuse.

If you're worried about losing your job just focus on having a little more fun each day with your painting than you did yesterday. If you become an expert in this everyone who's terrified and miserable will come to you for answers.
As the technology becomes better, the emphasis will be more on design and expression than creating things by hand. Artists will be able to design voices, music, characters, environments, animations and painting styles in real-time and create entire games and movies by themselves. People will want to consume content that confuses them and shows them how to live more joyful and fulfilling lives.
