I was fantacising about such scenario, where the iq index indicates the amount of some abstract "energy" that allows people to do more with their brain, and lack of said "energy" makes such processes harder. But what if the negative iq also generated some kind of "energy", but a different type, like one which makes physical activities easier?

The IQ test can't give negative results, but you could map the results in a way where 0 would be the average IQ score for the area. So, if you're average you'd have a score of 0. If the average true IQ would be 100, and your true IQ score is 120, you'd be +20 on this new scaling system. Likewise, if you'd have a true score of 80, you'd be scored - 20 in this new scoring system, and therefore have a negative IQ in this system. It would be idiotic to do this however, there is litterally no point, but if you really really really want to have a negative IQ, this I reckon is one of the best ways to do it.

1) Easy, same way as one present the concept of negative temperatures: Set your IQ scale's zero point some way off from absolute zero. I like the concept, but it feels kind of pointless.
2) I'd say no. The fictional origin story of this cartoon character is a rather poor indicator of your sexuality. It's kind of a fringe case.
