my friend has a sticker for every acm-icpc he attended. He is always the regional winner and was once a national winner. His stickers are like war scars.

I dropped a metal mechanical pencil into my laptop pocket and it scratched the shit out of the lid. The scratches are covered over with stickers I got at defcon. No stickers > stickers > visible cosmetic damage.
