Have you tried not being a retard?

worked on my machine

yeah, because when I connect my phone, some empty folder appear.

werks for me. try kdeconnect or gsconnect, if you want easy mode.

That's kinda funny, because with my iPhone Linux shows me not only photos but Apps. Better than Windows

wow, so this is the power of having an 80IQ?
literally any fucking file manager has mtp and automounts or detects out of the box.
fucking dumb faggot

KDEconnect, rsync, ssh, there are tons of options.

You don't even need a cable. Don't be stupid.

Yea that surprised the hell out of me, I expected nothing better than Windows but it did way more and ootb

>STOP LIKING WHAT I DON'T LIKE
using dwm is at least somewhat close to gnome. But managing workspaces statically is a pain in the ass. You end up with empty workspaces and having to cycle through empty spaces.
Gnome is a fine evolution above other desktops. No need for a window list because in the overview you immediately recognize the window you want to switch to, even if it's in another workspace.
>Xfce
looks like shit, have to look stuff trough contextual menus with the mouse, with gnome you just press super and write the config name or the application name, even superior to dmenu because of that.
>KDE
wannabe windows with the same problem as Xfce of having a lot of contextual menus, has broken programs and visual bugs, doesn't support wayland. and neither of those two have workspaces that delete themselves when they are empty.
>hurr durr why do you use wayland or gentoo
because it's more secure than xorg
and with gentoo you disable stuff you don't like from the build

fuck off esl spic nigger

>using dwm is at least somewhat close to gnome.
what.
>But managing workspaces statically is a pain in the ass
absolutely not necessary in dwm
>Gnome is a fine evolution above other desktops.
It has been the only thing I've ever encountered that requires me to frequently hard reset a computer

Gnome is dogshit and you're a stupid fuck for defending it.

gnome is trash and so are you
>cycling through workspaces
lmao, only a retard cycles. You have an entire keyboard and several modifier keys, set up an individual bind for each workspace you need

OK nigger lover, let's go over this one more time. Don't forget to give permissions in the phone application to access the filesystem.

Just use adb

>linux still has no support for MTP filesystems
What? It comes ootb with my Manjaro setup.
Don't blame linux for your lack of common sense

- Posted from my Windows 10 PC

Actually OP is right, I havent been able to connect my Samsung phones properly for many years, across many different phones and versions of fedora.

What happens is it connects, then as soon as I click into any directory, it asks for permission on my phone and mtp dies, and this just keeps happening in a loop. Once again, many different phones

So I just use winblows to copy phones over

> versions of fedora
Try something more stable, like Arch.

that's fine when you only watch anime and have a single terminal open

LMAO INSTALL UBUNTU N00B

has nothing to do with arch or fedora
it's probably the fuse.conf

Turn on the phone screen. either there should be a pop up asking if you wish to allow file transfer. OR go into the notification and select the file transfer option, not the charge only. Jesus OP is a retard.

>Open GIMP.
>Remember that it's impossible to make a circle.
So THIS is the power of open sores software...

>tfw moving files via wi-fi with kde connect while OP is a fucking retard that cant connect a fucking cable
