I can't exactly tell if you're asking something really clever but took a shortcut while asking it, or you are dumb.
It all depends on how deep do you want to go - a flat mitx based device with a custom printed , molded or cut out, case that's like laptop,
a rpi toy,
or you want to solder stuff to make a /micro controller/ 16bit computer with vga and ps2 input or you want to make own transistor and led based monster.
