I worked in a call center. we where kinda small but we needed an upgrade to our phone system. o they hire this guy from the phone book and he did something just like this. GOD tier cable management. I was stunned seeing it and the dude just brushed it off like "Meh, it's just saving on cables, nothing special.

a rack like pic related might take two 8-hour shifts for someone experienced. I wouldn't call it god-tier, but it's clean and functional, except for the lack of labels on the cables.
