I use "auto" for column count and the "phone layout", and uncheck "never hide the toolbar" for maximum space on the screen.
Please add an option to "Hide the Status Bar". This would make browsing even on a 5" screen comfortable.

If auto didn't squeeze three unreadably narrow columns instead of two like Clover on a 9:16 screen (while still defaulting to 4 columns in landscape for some reason), I might consider it.

The app simply should have separate column count setting for portrait and landscape when auto is disabled.

Okay, phone layout is indeed acceptable (3 or 5 columns depending on orientation), but as the app automatically picks slide mode (which I'd still prefer, as it eliminates the need for the back button), everything is barely a bit too wide there now.

Why does the status bar randomly go darker after using the app for a bit?

Also am I mistaken or does the refresh button actually rotate (including the square shadow) instead of playing an animation?
