Links there are typicall encoded with Base64 so, you have to take the string of text like this:

aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cxMjAuemlwcHlzaGFyZS5jb20vdi9kZlhCcmwxdy9maWxlLmh0bWw=

and then convert it from Base64 to actual text with a site like:

base64decode.org/

and then it'll provide you with the actual proper text link.

Helps keep shit from being taken down so fast, but it's not perfect, obviously. There are extensions for browsers you can install that allow you to just highlight the Base64 code and convert it on the same page to become a proper link.
