Powershell, because standard object comprehension between scripts instead of arbitrary untyped byte streams that have to be (re)interpreted by the client program instead of constructed as a shell pipeline. It's good.

I don't mind it but I know a lot of people who use powershell come up with their own aliases for interactive use. A default for example: cp -> Copy-Item The whole point is it's a scripting language so you can write pretty verbose scripts that have types which is good for automating things like documentation, tab completion, static analysis, etc. but then in your own environment just map your own aliases to whatever. I never found it annoying enough to do myself though since I just tab complete everything.
