I don't like how Apple Music deletes your entire library if you ever cancel your subscription. I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I was to renew my Apple Music subscription after taking a break month only to come back to my albums, singles and playlists completely gone.

I've taken many breaks from Spotify Premium and all of my songs from October 2011 (when Spotify first opened in the US) are still intact.

Why is it so hard to see when artists who I follow put out new music on Spotify?

That's terrifying and unacceptable.

I have no idea. They're more than happy to shove release announcements for bands/artists they have a shill deal with in your face but I have never ONCE gotten a notification via push, email, or in-app about a release for an artist I'm following.

I've checked the correct settings countless times and that shit never works. Now I'm like an old man and have to rely on IRL word of mouth since this is my only social media.
