Hypothetically, lets say I work for a charity and that I know that the CEO and a few board members are corrupt. That they treat staff like idiots and intentionally treat them like shit to the extent of a couple of staff members being forced out of their jobs.
Say I have no physical evidance other than my own spying and playing, but with a decent cheap hidden voice recorder I can get the evidence I need to fuck them in the ass.
Can anyone recommend a descrete recording device with a good battery life and good quality recording I can hide in an office?
I don't know where you live, but in most of the countries, it is illegal to take recordings of others without their knowledge and consent, so you couldn't present in court.
David Rivera
The CEO uses her laptop for all the hidden stuff and off the record emails, if it was her work PC I could do that easy because I control the server and the office 365 accounts.
Nathaniel Myers
smarthphone. Just put it on table start recording walk away and profit. Contact FBI faggots they will investigate any corruption because appaerently they have nothing better to do.
Next time you will send me fucking letter FBI for something like you want to investigate me for bomb threats you can go straight fuck off It wasnt me and it never be me. Who gives a fuck about bombing some faggots in bumfuck nowhere. Fuck off from my sight.
James Morgan
The most discrete recording device is a cellphone.
Hunter Cook
in the US, it depends on state laws in my state, for example, only one party needs to be aware that they're being recorded, and it is admissable in court
Jonathan Rogers
Don't need to take it to court, just expose it to the media and the people who govern the charity.
Landon Clark
They probably already have the police payed off if they are mafia. Especially if you live in a corrupt mongrel shithole like Eastern Europe.
Ryder Russell
this, Sony makes a damn good audio recording app that allows you to store the files wherever you want on a phone, I've used it before and the device I used picked up voices clearly, hope your device has good mics

>off the record emails
this is usually against company policy and probably your only "in" for a case against these people
Ryan Taylor
It needs to be hidden in the CEOs office which is separate from the main office, she would notice a random phone in there.
Daniel Edwards
I know this, but obviously she isn't going to use hwe work emails for the hidden stuff. I can access her work emails easy.
Carter Collins
doubt and even if she notice she wont notice the recording. She will just ask "Omg whose've phone is dis?" You walk in there and take it or pick it up later. You have low IQ for spying operation. CIA would not be pleased with your work.
Jordan Martinez
It isn't that easy in real life user. It is a pretty small room with not many places to hide a phone. Plus i'd need to plug the charger in or the battery might run out, could be a day or two before i'm able to get it out without being noticed.
Dominic Phillips
contact police say what you know. They will contact FBI then tell them what you know. All in secret. They will investigate. Actually dont even try to spy by yourself many charities are ran by JEWs who are willing to fucking kill you if you spill the beans.
Christian Lewis
Lol, there is absolutely nothing to worry about from these faggots. They'd probably leave the country and go into hiding whilst shitting themselves all of the way.
Evan Diaz
That's what they want you to think.
>We are just humble charity pls dont notice us
You are fool. Pls raise your IQ.
Nicholas Ortiz
>You are fool. Pls raise your IQ. heed your own advice, Moshe
Depending on the state it is admissible in court if they don't have their permission, only if they believe they are going to collect information that relates to a crime beforehand

The police can do it if they have probably cause. Police are human beings and so any rules that apply to humans must apply to them. Since the police can do it, then there is no rule regarding humans disallowing it. Hence you are not disallowed, by being human. Well.. The only other explanation why you would get arrested is that the police are corrupt entities of the government with rules which override the rules governing humans. Say, humans are not allowed, but police humans override this. In that case you will get arrested, but you are morally in the right, because all humans are created equal. There is thus a conflict of rules, and so there is no logical argument for why you cant.

Talk to a fucking lawyer

scope out the rooms they typically discuss these things in. notice the decor or stationary items. go to ali or amazon and purchase a spycam, particularly one without the case that you can insert in a non conspicuous place like a plant pot or picture frame. get creative. buy fake foliage at an arts and crafts store and place the equipment on the underside of a similar looking leaf or foliage. Hollow out something that no one ever picks up and put the recorder in there. the possibilities are endless.

Just be aware that depending on where you are, the penalty for spying/recording/hacking is much, much worse than any punishment they would receive. This is intentional.
