Jow Forums approved browser extensions

I'll start:
-Hide Recommendations:
It hides the recommendation bar on youtube so you don't get shilled garbage by jewtube. And much more.

Invidio.us redirect

Recommendations, while an invasion of privacy, are incredibly useful and I'd suffer from sever FOMO if I took it out.

Dissenter extension
being able to circumvent jew censorship

Attached: dissenter-icon.png (512x512, 3K)

>months pass
>still can't fucking login into the extension inside the extension because the API does not fucking respond
>nowhere to look for help

>I'd suffer from sever FOMO if I took it out
That is why I installed it. It was like an addiction. Imagine a drug that was specifically tailored to spike your dopamine, that is the YT algorithm.

does anyone know of an extension that could erase reccomendations AND all the suggested videos on yt's front page etc. i'm trying not to get shilled at all if possible

>it's just jews censoring shit
It's cucked whites, cucked asians, cucked poos, militant afro-centric blacks, "latinx" retards, muslims, and sjws of all stripes too. Not to mention state level actors from all around the world. If we're going to point out censorship, we should at-least be honest about the severity and breadth of the issue. Jews might be highly involved in american censorship online, but there are countries with not a single jew that take part in efforts to hide huge amounts of information from their citizens. The best way to fight censorship online is with encryption, rampant piracy, and only using clean software that can be completely audited. The dissenter extension is nice and cute, but it doesn't do much in the long run, and I wouldn't be surprised if dissenter tracked its users as well.

thanks, forgot about this

The extension mentioned by OP literally does that and more.

Forgot to mention Plasma Browser Integration
Media Controls
Lets you control video and audio players in websites using the Media Controller plasmoid, media keys on your keyboard, and even remotely from your phone
Send links via KDE Connect
Adds a context menu entry to links enabling you to send them to your phone and other paired devices
Show downloads in and control them from Plasma’s notification area
Find browser tabs in the Run Command (Alt-Space) window

uBlock Origin is good. uMatrix should also be used with it, as well as Decentraleyes.

What does decentraleyes actually do? Block first-party trackers or something?

Pulls necessary files for displaying webpages locally instead of from places like Google.

I think it doesnt load linked js libraries from specific sources like google. So the lib host cant track what websites you use.

Two Godly extensions that don't get mentions much:
1- Vimium: extensive vim bindings that make navigating the web a pleasure with only your keyboard

2- I don't care about cookies.
agrees to cookie requests without the annoying pop ups on every site.

Personally I love Leechblock. Keeps me from wasting time on all sorts of sites, including porn. I've probably saved tens of thousands of hours as a result of using it over the years.

StayFocus is also such a tool, but it has diminishing results if you don't have the discipline.

since you hold this patrician position, how would one go about opening youtube videos only in mpv, without having to copy the url and then drop it in the terminal everytime

youtube-viewer

>UBlock
>Adblock
>Dark Reader
>Youtube Downloader

pretty much everything you need

I just pase interesting channels into Thunderbird rss feed and then I copy results onto jdownloader

uBlock origin / uMatrix
Cookie Autodelete
Decentraleyes

andrew torba is a jew who previously launched an advertising company, now he offers a highly centralized service that uses cloudflare and bitcoin lightning (centralized crypto, sort of defeating the purpose of crypto) while appealing to a crowd of edgy kids that feel disenfranchised. i've used it before, it's even more of an echo chamber than twitter. you'd unironically get a better experience by starting a reddit thread about a page/video

I tried it and it just hides the entire bar.
Is theree anything that only hides the "recommended for you" videos?
