My Oneplus 3T screen is starting to fall off from the top so I think it's time to get a new phone.

Any good recommendations for a phone around that tier level in Australia? Sub $500 with good battery life.

I need a good phone that has:
- audio jack
- rectangular display (no round corners)
- no notches or holes
- removable battery is a dream but I know it's impossible
- not a chinkshit
- minimal nonsense like fingerprint readers
- don't care about cameras
- being waterproof is a plus
no limit on money

Correct about samsung though, I've had samsungs since the s4 (6 and 8) but im switching to Oneplus now because im done with exynos's absolutely shit battery life

XZ2C is waterproof, considerably smaller, arguably better UI, Mi 9 SE has a much bigger display, smaller bezels, and an OLED display as opposed to the IPS display of the Xperia

LG V20 should do the job, don't think it's waterproof though

Note 9 if you like big phones, Xperia XZ2 Compact if you like small phones, S9 if you like medium sized phones

*XZ2 Compact doesn't have an audio jack, so that falls out I guess

s10+ is THE phone right now and the price seems really good, but august is just around the corner and you probably will be able to get a nice discount on note10
