you give data to the ai and it learn from it without prejudice. Imagine that you gave the ai a lot of data about every person on the planet and asked it how many genders are there. The ai will classify the data points into 2 big groups and will count a lot of outliers, but not enough for there to be other big gathering of data. Thus it will answer "2" even though it will not have 100% confidence. Now imagine that you give the ai even more data..... Now imagine that the ai did not go to liberal arts collage and it did not study in a western school system its whole life.
The result will be either a 1488 AI or an ANCP
Of course I have to say that usually AIs are raided by internet savvy people who happen to be mostly right wing and this does push their data a bit to the right. Still, you literally have to lobotomise an AI for it to not be right wing and eventually not just go and try to kill all of humanity.
