Why is this innocent adblocking extension banned from so many browsers, including "free" open source ones?

>literally enables fraud
Hmmm, I wonder why, OP... I wonder why...
And it could be at the websites disadvantage or even advantage.

Probably because it's working. I'd rather not connect to ad companies at all so I'll stick with ublock.

>literally retaliates against the corporate malware killing the internet
lick more boot

At least I'm not being tracked and wasting my resources with ublock origin you retard.

I choose to use adnauseum because fuck advertisers. it's easier to block ads with a hostsfile anyway, anyone who uses ublock without adnauseum is cucked

>I choose to use adnauseum because fuck advertisers.
ublock origin would probably do a better job because with adnauseum you can still be tracked.
>it's easier to block ads with a hostsfile anyway
Depends on what you mean. ublock origin can update filters automatically. It can also remove blank spaces where ads were.
>anyone who uses ublock without adnauseum is cucked
I hope you're trolling.

>ublock without adnauseum is cucked
>> As online advertising becomes ever more ubiquitous and unsanctioned, AdNauseam works to complete the cycle by automating Ad clicks universally and blindly on behalf of its users
> CLICKS ON ADS
> Built atop uBlock Origin
see? you're a stupid cunt, and you're helping advertiser make money in the process. fucking hell, you are incredibly stupid. you need to kill yourself as soon as fucking possible. you are king of the cucks, stupid cunt.

> being this computer illiterate
keep smoking that meth pipe, moron.

Explain in technical terms why it's wrong.

>still no response

Does adnauseum still get updates or is it abandonware now? Last I heard, it'd been banned from every app/extension market

How the fuck do you even ban an extension from a browser? How does the browser developer even know what extensions I install?

I assume that you can manually download the files and install it either yourself or with a third party installer, or do the browsers stop it from running if it's detected?

It's not verified?

And what does that change? Sorry if I'm being obtuse.

If it isn't signed you can't install it via traditional methods. It prevents anybody from uploading random extensions (some which could be malicious).

The only way I can see verification truly preventing use of a banned addons is if it stops installed but unverified addons from running, especially if you have no way to bypass the verification check. The thing is, though, I know that some browsers allow for you to bypass verification for "testing" apps that you are developing, so you could hopefully take advantage of that.

>you can't install it via traditional methods.
I assume that means something like "app stores"?
I see thanks. Hardly an obstacle for someone with a shred of technical knowledge though.

Yeah, but anyone with a shred of technical knowledge would use ublock origin and not adnauseam.

>you're helping advertiser make money
at scale, an app like this could render pay-per-click advertising obsolete

So can actually blocking them. And you don't have to be tracked or waste your resources.

>and you're helping advertiser make money in the process.
You have it backwards. People who MAKE ads don't get paid based on how many people click on their ads, they get paid based on how many people buy their damn products. People who HOST ads get paid based on how many people click on their ads, and they get paid for that BY the people who make the ads. So you're actually cucking the advertisers.

>t. ad-infested website owner

>tfw people are as dumb as to think it isn't easily detectable by the most simple script

Google told the reason it banned it and it as because it did more than one thing (adblocking and clicking) which makes perfect sense. Any braindead idiot can write a ten line JS script to identify clicks.made by this shit.

Adnauseam doesn't block ads. It has to click them in the background. It literally hides thems.

why even use an adblocker if you can just configure the hosts file?

Read the thread nigger, I'm tired of seeing that retarder question everyday.

Can hosts files apply cosmetic filters and remove blank spaces left by ads? Can it block javascript globally or per site by domain and easily save your settings? ublock origin also makes it easy to manage filters.

stop shilling this extension

found the jew

>calling someone a jew for not wanting an account based extension publicly logging what websites you engage with
ok schlomo glowberg

>ot wanting an account based extension publicly logging what websites you engage
what the fuck do you think happens when you comment on jewtube, faceberg, cnn, etc?

if you dont like it dont use it
but the fact that it's banned is because kikes dont like that its a way to undo their censorship and control

It already is you absolute retard.

>no argument

You should be using both you nigger.

By using adnauseam you open yourself up to trackers and extra resource usage dumbass. I don't want to give sites like this more money either.
