OpenArena and Armagetron are easy, fun and entertaining for everyone on any PC.
The only Jow Forums games I remember seeing threads about were osu!, 100% Orange Juice and Minecraft but the most competitive one has stupidly high skill ceiling, which would completely miss the point with such a scarce community.
Some flash multiplayer vidya would do best I think.
Oh and soku Touhou fighter game is cool but only ~6 bant users play this.
