Why THE FUCK doesn't my patch panel work?
Why THE FUCK doesn't my patch panel work?
Other urls found in this thread:
have tried diffrent cables diffrent cable lengths, different switch, different orientations
I have redone the brown/white cable
Not your personal tech support.
>not using a keystone patch panel
enjoy your troubleshooting
Should have bought Ethernet keystone jacks instead of a punch down block you retard, there are even keyless keystone jacks
Yeah I'm going for keystones now
Punching down with a Krone tool is normally reliable. Dont be hating on it too much.
Can you even read the wiring diagram you imbecile? The colours aren't even in the right fucking locations Jesus Christ
I'm sorry are you from the past? Illiterate? Fucking look at the B standard, then look at your fucking mangled shit job
Do you mean the top one? Yeah that was a test
But the bottom is one is right no?
Dude are you colour blind?
dude, both are wrong...
What? What did I do wrong? I feel like a retard now
Won't work if you don't put the right wires in the right place you absolute retard.
It's not correct at all.
A: WB,B,WG,G,WO,O,WB,B
B: WB,B,WO,O,WG,G,WB,B
Aren't you supposed to match the numbers?
Holy shit you are fucking retarded
How do you manage to breathe?
>numbers
retarded much? TP is color coded
What fucking numbers Mason? Do you see digits on the individual cables?
Holy kek op is retarded, a fucking toddler could do this.
>op is apple engineer reinveinting ethernet port.
I was about to return the damn thing because I thought it was broken, but why do all the youtube videos tell me to to it this way?
Why on earth did you make this thread? Are you this bored? We all know you're pretending to be retarded.
I`m not pretending, I genuinely didn't knew why the thing didn't work
here OP
an good example of properly done punch down
I will try that, Thanks
For future reference:
The numbers are the pins for non-standard applications like serial. Just match the fucking colours for the A/B standards. The numbers may also help when there are two rows of blocks for the same connector. In your case, it's a single row of blocks to a connector.
I feel like a huge idiot, thanks Jow Forums for pointing that out i guess, I was 100% convinced I was doing it right
this video literally shows you at 2:52 to go with colors for related standard.
Nobody is gonna believe that you flat out fucking ignored the color coded fucking diagram that a 4 year old could understand.
You're welcome. Please leave this board forever.
You are fucking right...
I`m going back to lurking. ;_;
your wires should be comming form the inside middle area not the outside, and you should be following the B color code
