Why are AMD GPUs so loud? Vega 56 sounds like a jet.

>J-Just set a curve!
I did and it’s still loud.

You bought a cheap reference version.
Pulse is 65c with 35% fan speed at 1v

what rpm

The GPU itself doesn't make noise, retard. It's whatever shitty cooler you have on top of it.

>damage control

Noise is a function of the cooler, not anything else
Turn down the fans, or use an aftermarket solution. Could be as ghetto as ripping the shroud and fans off the current one (replace with CPU/case fans), or you could buy a dedicated GPU heat sink for around $60.

nonce

The GPU itself makes no noise, it's your OEM's cooling solution. Or the reference's.

>why they are loud
>why am i such a retard that i buy a refrence card?

Buy Sapphire if you have to buy AMD. Otherwise just go Nvidia.
Helps if you stop being retarded too.

Lol, r/AMD damage control. It’s an ASUS STRIX you retards.

>tfw my pulse sounds like nothing and doesn't even need to have a high curve
Feels good.

Lmao my r9 fury was making loud buzzing noise and or scratching noise.

Vega cards are for Raijintek Morpheus installation only.

The strix vega cards are known for being exceptionally loud.

Google any Vega 56 card with loud after, AMD cards just run louder

pedos deserve the rope

Yeah, Vega is known for high TDP and ASUS didn't give a shit
It's known among the "don't buy" models for very good reasons

Works on my machine.

Mine is quiet as fuck.

You actually have a good model, unlike with its shoddy VRM thermal design

>He spergs out over a little noise
What's it like living with such a degree of autism that anything other than total silence causes you to melt down?
Maybe I just have a higher tolerance to this shit since I grew up in a house with a grandfather clock and a woodshop in the basement that my father frequently used.
