Alright I've had my for about 2 years now, and this problem has just arisen. The problem being around 30 fps with a very highend computer. These games include tf2, csgo, gtav, and all other PC games. Any help would be very much appriciated.

Either you're playing at 8k or you've plugged your monitor cable into the motherboard instead of the GPU. I'd like more info about resolutions and what settings you're playing games on.

I used to have this exact same issue with each of these games. Its the CPU clock. I have a 1700x, and I needed to over clock it to 4ghz to start seeing better performance, especially in tf2.

You should install MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner to check your hardware usage during gayming, it should tell you what's being underutilised or if temps are high or even if there's some sort of bottleneck.
