Country + Pic of Greatest Tech Developed for Humanity

I'll start.

Germany

Diesel Engine.

Hands down the best and most reliable internal combustion engine. The machines that run important shit in the world, are ALL diesel and will be for the next 100 years.

The Aztecs didn't form until 1323 by their own account. Humanity is disgustingly late to semi-hygienic plumbing if your post has any basis in reality.

The Minoans had flushing toilets and clay piping in the 1800 BC, but that tech was lost when the Mycenaen niggers conquered them. Somehow flushing toilets and piping weren't developed again until the 1800s AD

POO

Get used to listen latinamericans say we invented anything (I'm mexican). We're told since childhood that a (mexican in my case) latinamerican person invented something to justify we have significant made contributions to the world other than food and sex slaves.

It just takes a good 5 minutes on the internet and basic English to realise not of that nonsense is true.

*made significant

My bad, it's almost 3am

*ever existed

Speedometer, necktie, forensic fingerprinting and the torpedo. Also everything that Tesla ever made/discovered. He is as Serb as he is Croat. He said so himself.

I had a pretty good history and technology teacher, and he always raved about Gutenbergs book press. Before, monks would spend weeks just writing a single book, it was a time consuming and skill intensive task. Meaning only the rich would ever be able to afford a book, and even less would be able to actually write and sell one.
But after the first press was made, books a lot more widespread. Commoners were able to buy them and reading became a lot more common. Skills could be taught, not through seeking a master of the craft out, but reading up on it from a master, making it a lot easier for people to learn. Might be one of the most important invention, just for how efficient it made learning and storing data.

UK

>radar
>train

>he thinks marconi invented radio
fuck this education system.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invention_of_radio
read a wiki for starters, actually there is a huge misconception about all technological " inventions"
it can't happen without fundamental science behind it, and that's always a ton of people work
Radio is prime example of that, 100 years of fundamental science before first devices start to appear in 1895 in Russia,

that was invented 6 thousands years ago on india territory, ironically enough

Why would you be dishonest to google that and not post the following quote from the same article that says Favaloro developed the modern bypass grafting technique?

>His [Favaloro's] new technique used a saphenous vein autograft to replace a stenotic segment of the right coronary artery. Later, he successfully used the saphenous vein as a bypassing channel, which has become the typical bypass graft technique we know today

We invented all of pic related btw.
