Windows 7: *Is still the best OS*
Hi, pajeet.
Debian Stable with MATE Desktop.
gentoo
fpbp
If you need something Windows-only software that can't be run through WINE then Windows 7. Otherwise Debian.

The real cage match is sweetie versus sweaty.
Fight!
alright makes sense thanks. seems I will go with debian after all. was only considering win7 because it was so comfy and it brings back memories
honestly, you should do sparky gnu/linux. rolling if you want up-to-date debian, stable if you don't. ships with your choice of lxqt, old school lxde, or simply openbox and tint:
- sparkylinux.org
- sparkylinux.org
i would personally do the rolling variant, but it's a nice way to get a fully functional lightweight debian setup on your machine in a cinch.
debian testing + xfce (installed with nix package manager)
Use Debian with Cinnamon or KDE. You can easily rice them to look like Win 7. Also, you can use KVM to run a Windows 7 virtual machine.
Switch to Xmonad once you get tired of patching.
I'd choose the one which doesn't drop support in 2020
xubuntu
>minimal
no thx
>muh support
does not matter
Debian 10 with nonfree drivers and XFCE or KDE.
Debian sid with dwm OR If you are redpilled you run them in dual boot.
How often does shit break on sid? Or is it as stable as any other rolling release? I might consider switching from buster.
Debian buster with GNOME.
Peak comfy. 10/10 recommended.
At this point KDE with standard settings is Windows 7
when support doesnt matter why dont you choose debian?
Its as stable as any other distro. Even more stable in my opinion.
lmao XFCE freezes when you alt tab. hahahaha
go back to facebook
debian with openbox and tmux
