I care about usability, compatibility and software. If I can only use your OS on your own shitty overpriced hardware you've automatically failed my first criteria. Even worse if I can't even install any application from any source I'd like without voiding my warranty.
I put Windows 10 as high as I did because it's worked for my uses. I stress my workstation all the time and I run my hardware out of spec with a lot of my software engaging on startup and it doesn't even flinch. Hardly even slows down.
Haven't had a blue screen in two years honest to Christ.
But then again I'm using Enterprise.
Windows 7 is even higher because SP3 is just as stable without Win10's annoyances and with better startup times.
Android rocks on my phone and I use that as much as any desktop nowadays. No further explanation needed. On the 200 dollar phones I like it runs exactly as it should.
The rest is self explanatory. If MX Linux had Manjaro's out of the box experience it's be my main OS. SystemD can fuck off. And I use CentOS on my servers and it's great. Mint is like Ubuntu but actually good.

Arch is like Debian. It's a backbone, not a real operating system. Hence I put the real OS version of Arch as high as I did the good version of Debian. Both have worked for me, and not just in terms of installation speed.
And if you think Gentoo is anything like Arch in terms of actual capabilities, you don't have the first clue what Gentoo is. There's a reason it's this board's favourite meme. It's tedious but it's objectively powerful. It's not about muh lightweight it's about stability and capability.
