Is windows 7 going to fucking uninstall itself after it becomes unsupported? No. You can still install windows 7 on a slew of machines now, just because it is no longer supported doesn't mean it won't work. Just that there is the possibility for greater system instability.

Security of "spyware" seems to be a concern of yours but going to bet you more than likely have a smartphone, use google a fair bit, maybe some social media, and use a credit card.
