100mbit here, some days Jow Forums's servers transfer stuff to me as slowly as 100kb/s, depending on time of day. doesn't matter what anyone thinks or doesn't think will work, this is bandwidth limiting done on the server side. and what a shock: it got noticeable a few months after mook took over.
