No DHCP or IPV4 or anything at all?
Just local link addresses and maybe a name server for convenience

Why are you gay

Who says I'm gay?

very productive thread

Why are you gay?

depends if the services you use are ipv6 enabled

no

samba and ssh for the most part

maybe a game server like minecraft or some shit?

Yes, actually. But then you wouldn't be able to connect to any IPv4-only websites unless you set up a web proxy.

for my local network i exclusively use IPV6 local link addresses in my ssh_config so I can go "ssh Pi" and it always gets my pi even when I go to my friend's house

truly based protocol

In which board this happened? lmao

I'm also corious.

shouldn't a NAT bot with ipv4 enabled on WAN do the trick?
would you need 4to6 too?
you can also use NAT reflection, it will make forwards work from either side of NAT. obviously 6 is a better solution though

it's possible but completely fucking pointless.

>shouldn't a NAT bot with ipv4 enabled on WAN do the trick?
No, because IPv6 and IPv4 don't cross streams.
>would you need 4to6 too?
4to6 isn't a thing, you're thinking of 6to4 which does the opposite.

it seems like a limitation of NAT to me, but ok. looks like NAT64 is what i'm looking for

Please stop being gay.
