I hope you're at least using FTTH.

Of course

even I have twice as much
FTTH - Australia though
Belarus
$20 a month

Nah mate I installed InfiniBand straight to the DE-CIX.
I remember 2002 with awful upload speeds
Is it ACTUALLY FTTH?
I heard australia was ripping up FTTH installs and converting them to FTTC to match the rest of the deployment.
Poor fag here
thank you for the free user data anons!
np
>user data
lmao, imagine pretending you could gain literally ANY useful information from this.
Go LARP elsewhere, paranoid retard.
That must be why a corporation does it for free. Because there's no useful data.
I mean, aggregating speedtests from MILLIONS of users, is obviously different from a thread on Jow Forums posting PICTURES of speed test results.
No one here is getting any of the useful information.
Seething
Yep, FTTH and I have not heard anything about FTTH replacement programme
There are several online forums posts from some early FTTH adopters who got forcibly switched to FTTC because their ISP claimed they didn't want to employ support staff trained on FTTH systems when the majority of their system was moving to FTTC.
Sadly my area is still not under coverage of 10 Gbps FTTH here hence I still using 1 Gbps FTTH.
Interesting. Had no idea. I wonder who the ISPs are? I'll try and check today
I have FTTH for probably close to 5 years now. Those speeds in my image have been pretty much consistent since installation.
The vast majority of tokyo still isn't covered by 10gbps FTTH.
It'll be a couple of years to hit the less rich areas of tokyo. Even many of the rich areas still don't have 10gbps.
>10Gbps
Maybe next century in my country.
They might have been switched to FTTN instead of FTTC.
I just remember some enraged australians bitching about being forced off of FTTH onto shittier service despite having had FTTH up and running for over a year.
Rural America, only Internet provider in a 30 mile radius
I had those speeds in 2002 with ADSL
I had those speeds at work until I finally got a cable connection installed.
Cost us about $18,000 for the installation though.
Good observation, it is ADSL
Costs me around $118 a month, Frontier
>Costs me around $118 a month, Frontier
Jesus
I pay $95/month after taxes for 1gbps fiber, TV, and a phone.
I am looking for a cheap Euro country with rural access with at least 100Meg down / up?
Anyone got any suggestions?
The idea is to buy a cheap property and just make money working remotely.
Monthly fee is the rough equivalent of 25 USD.
romania maybe
But I heard they hate niggers?
everyone does
Guess how much I pay
my guess would be nothing, or close to it.
Either work/school, or highly subsidized fiber ISP doing it for the media attention that shit brings.
Salt fiber is probably the biggest, but other ISPs do it too.
Nice upload for torrents considering only 10mbps upload speed.
You don't.
I mean, he COULD.
$40/month for 10gbps and TV and a phone.
But that's being heavily subsidized by his ISP, which is fine, just muddies the water and makes it hard to say what the actual cost of the service is.
We pay for 60Mbps but we get like 70Mbps so it's sorta kek.
But I'm limited to using my powerline adapters atm, so it makes me a speedlet.
Right now my isp uses coaxial-fibre hybrid shit. Fibre is coming though.
telecom italia came a long way
