Recover lost laptop through windows product key

They robbed my house and took my laptop recently. I had find my device off for some stupid reason.
Is there any way deeptech way I can find it. Perhaps detecting it by windows product key, account, or something like that?

it's possible you faggot

they actually stole my laptop you shits what kinda thief that would break into a house posts on Jow Forums lmao.
took my bike and earphones as well.

Go away Satan.

OP, this is a good question. It likely is possible but MS likely won't be able to help you. I wonder if law enforcement has this kind of capability. There are lots of burned-in identifiers such as the PK that go up to the botnet so I don't see why it isn't possible at least in theory.

If it was a Macbook, finding it would be trivial

yeah that's true. it would be the same if i had find my device on. fml though.

It's not. Kill yourself.

ok brainlet

enjoy your zero answers in this thread, maybe that will help your delusion.
I'll give you $1000 if you get an answer to this before the thread dies.
you wont
that still won't mean there's no way to do it, but thanks anyway, brainlet

If an account is active in your browser (e.g. Facebook or Instagram), you could see from which IP address the thief is connected to the Internet. You should access your account from another computer, and check the list of active connections.

You're a fucking moron

dont be so angry mate life will be easier

>it's possible you faggot
Denying a quad satan. Why ask when you know it's possible?

It is, actually, though very highly unlikely.

When Windows checks for updates, the key hash is included in the sent data.

With that, it's a simple trace to the originating IP.

If you used a Microsoft account, finding it should be easy. Also, you did at least enable bitlocker, right?

I don't see the $1k you promised. Sir, are you a liar?
