Why doesn't Microsoft just embed these inside their OS?

>FUCKING WHY ISN'T THIS INCLUDED?
those are needed if you want to run like 90% of programs made in visual studio
Jow Forums isn't a single unified shitposting consciousness
but we will
one day
Jow Forums only exists of one person you dumb twat
with eah passing version a few of these become a part of the OS
maybe by Windows 14 they will finally include all
why does microsoft need to license their own software
Introducing the Universal CRT

>unironically using CRT monitors in 2019+
Windows folks sure are deprecated
licensing terms can be extremely complicated
yes but microsoft can change the licensing terms to whatever they want/need
>unironically saying [current year] in [current year]
Holy shit I fucking hate this board
Who the fuck is gonna sue them? Themselves? Dumb fucking retarded jew.
that kind of thing takes a long time to process, it just isnt economically viable for them
capitalism rewards efficiency
CRTs blow any digital screen out of the water
Just fucking try it
because they are a terrible company with terrible engineers and a terrible os
Then the process won't be efficient. Stop being internationally retarded.
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how you hunt the rare deepwater boomer
Microsoft software engineer Rasheed doesn't know how to do it so you have to install it yourself
you are running obsolete versions
also, i'll just leave this here: github.com
why are you talking to yourself?
Friendly reminder that this is the bullshit that Snaps and Flatpaks want to bring to Linux.
it was my understanding that some of the older versions needed to be installed because the newer versions won't work with some software.
thanks
You just need the latest versions of each 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2019, both x86 and x64. 2019 superseeds 2015 and 2017 only.
That pack will always provide the latest versions available, not only that but it will also completely remove all existing/older ones before installing them.
How about you find us a Linux distro that's popular here that doesn't come with glibc ootb. The runtime that most of the applications that run on your platform is standardly included with about every os on the market, except Windows.
>no autistic helios to merge with
>He's too young to remember Sony suing themselves
Because you may not need all of them.
damn thanks, shit looking fly af now
programs install their own versions to avoid compatibility issues. LiGNUx users often go into dependcy hell because it's not managed by the softwarez so do not deletmkindly
would you go so far as to say current year posting is deprecated in 2019
if a program has a compatibility issue with some OS library that's a bug in the program, not the OS. The program is the one that needs to get fixed.
you're welcome
enlighten me gramps
VC++ MFC might contain code that Microsoft doesn't own for patent reasons.
