What a joke 9900k is still better.

6-core/12-thread based amd cpu right on the ass of that 8-core/16-thread spaceheater from incel

Attached: incel-npc.png (807x745, 173K)

Ryzen 5 nearly matches it. The Ryzen 7 beats it.

Disappointing.
Something is fucked with the memory and latency. It's because of pre-launch bios?

Unrelated but 80 fps at 1080p with a 2080 ti? what the fuck is wrong with assassins creed?
No shit they are a whole tier appart, i am interested in the 3600x against the 8700k.

That's Ryzen 5 lol, that i9 is in diffrent tier.
You should match it with ryzen 9, something in the same price range

all things considering this is probably an ES

+ it was on an x470 board instead of x570

>what the fuck is wrong with assassins creed?
it's an ubishit title, what did you expect

>elchapuza
Sounds legit

AI CARAMBA INTEL

As other state, something with the memory. My spic isn't good but I guess something is fucked with the writing to RAM.

>absolutely trash memory latencies and data rate, even worse than zen + and on par with an zen 1 athlon CPU
>can still somehow get close to a 9900K in games even though they heavily rely on memory latency which is why zen and zen+ were behind.

Doesn't make any sense, very likely bullshit.

definetly better after the shitshow that was unity plus most of the other ubisoft games run pretty well

>intel doesn't compete in price, only performance.

OH NO NO NO WHAT WENT WRONG AMBROS RYZEN 3000 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CHOSEN ONE

>absolutely trash memory latencies
There's the I/O die now to go through now, right?

>copy is fine
>read is fine
>write is really shit
The fuck

Which is supposed to lower the latencies and the manufacturing cost, yes.

well some of its shit match the ES numbers we have seen
plus no 570 mobo

>comparing 3600 with 9900k
based retards

>NO 3700X
>NO 3800X
>NO 3900X

Attached: 1546769966483.jpg (944x703, 279K)

What AMD chip is best to compare to the 9900k?

it isn't even overclocked yet. Some user really needs to break NDA and test with the sweetspot settings.

3800X or 3700X

why?they don't compete in the same price-range and they have vastly different power consumption

>no test for min fps
>no test for frametimes
what an absolute trash review. I want something to replace my stutterfest 4670k and averages tell me nothing.
also OP is a fag.

just looked through benchmarks, if its legit, then ryzen 3000 is seriously good, low-mid end not even X part with 65w tdp, low clocks, on old mobo without pbo and it is neck to neck with topend intel comsumer cpus

did they mention in article if they tested with new agesa, scheduler update and vulnerability mitigations for intel?

3900x because that is an R9 and it costs 500 bucks. same price as the 9900k.

>vastly different power consumption

Attached: (((95w))).png (1112x833, 74K)

>gimped turbo
>2 fewer cores
>trash memory
>$200
>still competes with Intel's $500 flagship
holy fuck

Attached: 1561267722504.png (640x632, 53K)

This, what an absolute JOKE of a benchmark.

Attached: 650532-ryzen-3950x.jpg (810x460, 127K)

>mfw the 3950x will consume less power than a 9900k

Attached: princess power.jpg (825x1732, 307K)

I'll summarize for those who can't read spanish
>tested on x470 with updated BIOS (Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 7 WiFi) with 3200 mHz RAM
>overclock not working on the chosen motherboard for the tests
>40ºC idle, 75ºC under load with stock cooler (5ºC less than the previous gen)
>the energy efficiency hasn't improved compared to the 2700x
It says that it seems that they have the same problems with the latency and copy of the memory as the first generation of Ryzen and that they would need to wait for the x570 mobos to see if the problem is fixed

>did they mention in article if they tested with new agesa, scheduler update and vulnerability mitigations for intel?
Not mentioned, so they probably took the values from older tests

why would the motherboard have anything to do with this though

>elchapuzasinformatico.com/2019/06/amd-ryzen-5-3600-x470-review/

THIS LINK IS 404 ANY ARCHIVES?

3800X or 3900X

You are right, everyone should buy a $500 mobo for a $250 cpu

BIOS is still BETA for zen 2 and some wankblows scheduler malarchy is still being sorted out.

$200 CPU.

"MUH SINGLE CORE!!!!!" BTFO

it's working for me

AND IT IS NOT EVEN OVERCLOCKED. INTEL ON SUICIDE WATCH. SHORT INTEL STOCK RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!

So...now gaymers are happy?

imagine some fat ugly butch dyke whose only skills are whining about men being employed before everyone else.

works for me

6 core entry level part would be better served by that b450 msi board for 80usd, but x570 boards start at 170usd from leaked prices

3600 COMPETES WITH 9900K IN SINGLE CORE

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Where's fucking 3800X
Or 3900X

Fuck sopa macacos

Attached: 1559056252058.jpg (1510x1593, 662K)

delid dis post goy

We already know a shitty stock 9600k with locked tpd is better and cheaper than a 3600x at the most cherrypicked scenarios.
Why are amdrones trying so hard to shill cinebench scores?

Attached: rspp4hi73m331.png (2553x1439, 1.63M)

intel finished and bankrupt

That's extremely impressive.

3950X comes later

We don't know if it's true, but that 3600 is at 4.2GHz and it still gets really close

Too bad, they will just keep losing market share.

>elchapuzasinformatico.com/2019/06/amd-ryzen-5-3600-x470-review/
my 2700x barely keeps above 60 in busy areas with ac: o. my old 2600k isn't too far behind bottoming out at 52fps. anvil next hates amd hardware.

3600 is even lower clocked than 2700x

>$249 part competing with one that's twice the price
THANK YOU BASED AMD

>$249
it's $199

If I was intel these are the games I would pick to compare an intel cpu vs amd. They literally picked their worst case.

>$200*

2700x here, I feel violated. Why did my 3570k had to shit itself?

EVEN BETTER

Attached: 1561324325085.gif (277x277, 515K)

NOOOO GOYIM

Can't wait to see the 3900X reviews from decent reviewers who will run it on a proper board and memory setup. I want to see what performance Ryzen 3xxx gets when it flops it dick on the table. No beta BIOS, no shit memory to blame, no bad thermal solution. I want to see a 3900X with 3733MHz memory and the tightest timings possible and a fat fucking OC.

Oh God I cannot wait. It's like the original Athlon/P4 days all over again. So glad AMD is actually bringing competition to the table. My current 5820k is starting to show its age and I wasn't too keen on throwing stupid money at an X299 setup.

3900X is the same price as the 9900K.

To be fair, Intel is planning a 15% price cut (I'll believe it when I fucking see if. Intel price cuts don't exist imo). So that 9900k will be at $440-ish. Cheaper if you're going to Microcenter. Even then it still is more expensive than the 3700/3800X

can you even read

There are two ways to intemperate

why? 3900x wasn't mentioned

>intemperate
I can't fucking spell though.

nvm, am idiot

>elchapuzasinformatico
Que asco con estos cerdojicanos

CEMU/RPCS3 benchmarks when

>No PBO
>Something fucky going on with the memory latencies.
>x470 mobo with beta BIOS
>Still nearly matches Intel.

Fucking hell that's good.
I can't wait to see what kind of monster the 3900x or 3950x turns out to be.

Attached: 1558828426508.png (874x763, 122K)

Please delet this thread right now, it's not funny.

Attached: 1551083442427.jpg (303x335, 30K)

>caring about the 3950X when inevitably there will be a higher clocking refresh early next year with various tweaks to deliver even more performance
Just like Zen1 and "Zen+" which is 100% the exact same core only with microcode changes.

Just see the pic-related and then basically increase that performance by x2, and you'll get pretty clear picture.

Attached: RPCS3JANUARY2019AMDZENDOMINATIONINTELDED.jpg (1548x816, 424K)

Damn right I care about it. I'm going to jump on that fucker the moment it comes out.
I've been waiting for an upgrade a good while now and I'm not waiting another year for something even better to come out.

>something with the memory

Attached: 43981.jpg (837x1200, 62K)

>something three times the price and uses twice the power is better
>hurr
>durr
This is why everyone laughs at you: you're a retard.

>user thinks there's going to be a Zen2+ when MIlan is already on track
If anything they're going holy god binned chiplets and release a 3950x 5GHz edition.

i know that feel bro. i have a 3570k and want to do a new build around cyberpunk

feels great. ironically i hope intel's gpu does something good to kick nvidia in the ass too

Zen 3 7nm+ 2020
Zen 4 most likely 5nm 2021

as soon as you remind an AMDrone about this picture, from AMD's own people, who know AMD's performance the best, they start coming up with excuses

Be prepared for some heartbreak when the 3600x competes with the 9600k just like AMD themselves have been telling you faggots for a month now.

Unless your thing is to overhype AMD and then get let down in real applications.

>Ryzen clockspeed of 4.2
>9900k clockspeed of 5.0

I mean fuck, for $200 you can get a badass processor from Ryzen, nobody disputes that, but just going of ghz, your post is bullshit AMD fuckboyism. And, if we look at the benchmarks, we see that in one or two benchmarks the differences in performance to the $500 9900k are very slim, but in all other benchmarks it is btfo by a significant margin by the obviously (as it should be) superior intel.

Do you feel you would see a rate of return with 25% better performance for an extra $300? If yes, buy the intel, or better yet just sack up and delid an 8700k if you can live with less cores and cache. The thing was basically designed to be delidded. And if you just want a very well performing budget processor or constantly use it for tasks where it is almost neck and neck with the intel? Well, buy the Ryzen.

Stop making shit up and pretending a mid-low level budget processor can even remotely compete with a mid-high enthusiast grade processor. Ryzen doesn't need lies, it is an impressive and frugal option for people unwilling to justify over twice the price for not even half-again as much performance.

That has always been Ryzen's selling point, fuck that's always been AMD's market. Intel isn't btfo, nothing changes, kids building $2400 pcs won't switch to an inferior processor to pair with their 2080ti. This is just progress, and I'm glad AMD is being competitive. It's good for consumers.

wow

redditposting so hard

lmao

Reddit spacing is a meme made up by redditors coming from r/thedonald over to Jow Forums. I had never heard the term 'reddit spacing' before that. And, there has always been a crossover between Jow Forums and reddit, mainly because Jow Forums cannot compete with the niche-ness subreddits unless a general thread exists.

This essentially means you get posts like that are line by line spaces and could be called reddit spacing. But assuming , which is formatted by paragraph, is reddit spacing just shows how stupid you are. I guess word-processor formatting is reddit spacing now. resize your window to look like a word document (piece of paper is 8.5x11) and rethink your post.

We've reached peak Intel fanboy delusion. There's nowhere left to go.

Where's Coffee Lake?

I bet AMD GPUs also btfo Nvidia GPUs, right?
