If you were the CEO of a large tech company, what wacky policies would you implement?
>All employees should arrive at 5am and leave by 1pm >All software must be developed to run on a 1995 era PC with 128mb of RAM >Any code written by vegans must be audited by a carnivore >If you aren't wearing a tracksuit you will not be allowed into the building.
All tranny employees must give all the cishet male employees blowjobs before their code contributions are accepted.

>everyone must be white heterosexual practicing christian >provide daycare for employees children within same office complex >everyone eats the same free lunch at the same time >no remote work allowed >no full internet access in offices, only intranet with local copies of documentation >provide dumb work phones upon arrival at offices, everyone must leave their personal toy at reception >all development workstations are Raspi3's hooked on 4:3 display running NetBSD >managers are not appointed but must earn support of people they intend to lead and then report back >agile practices are not practiced at all

>>provide daycare for employees children within same office complex That's not wacky, that's fucking awesome. You could attract some serious talent if you advertised this as a benefit and would be overall beneficial to society as a whole. Studies have shown that breastfed babies have higher IQs. Allowing working mothers to breastfeed their children means more, higher-IQ children. Also: have you seen the cost of daycare? It's fucking nuts. Like $1000 a month in some places.
