Nothing too fancy. I just got done removing as much google services from the phone as possible, it even let me completely remove play services, because even though that was disabled and had no permissions it would turn permissions on without asking because it's a device admin.

The launcher is Nova, but it's there only for app drawer. I do not have any icons or widget, just 4 empty screens.
All the visuals are made in KLWP and act as live wallpaper, including icons, clock, music player and feed.
I use Tasker to control music player.
The backend for RSS/Youtube/Jow Forums/twitch feed is programmed in Rust, I use it for my home page too.

that depends, was the bootloader unlocked? do you put a password on your phone? if you installed a custom ROM it's as easy as booting into TWRP.
